This excellent one-day taster session is a hands-on introduction to Powerboating. If you like the idea of traveling safely at speed on the water but have never experienced it then this activity is an absolute treat. By the end of the day you will have experienced the joy of powerboating and you will know whether it is something that you want to do again.

During the day you will be aboard our first class training boat "Bluebird". You will take the helm of this powerful RIB for low and high speed turns and maneouvres under the supervision of one of our experienced RYA instructors who will also ensure you are aware of safety on board.

The day will start promptly at 10:00. After an orientation session and safety brief we will head out onto the water for a low speed handling session en-route to the North Sea. On arrival at open water you will each take a turn for a high speed session. We will stop ashore around 12:30 for you get some lunch. After another high speed session we will head back to base for 4:00pm.
